Conceived in December 2020, the project aims to conduct research with adolescents (10-19 years) to identify health-related needs and gaps in health education and health service delivery necessary for transition into healthy adults.
It will involve building the capacity of researchers, university students, and community animators for using Participatory Action Research (PAR) methodology for enquiry into community health problems.
The project will then conclude with a set of recommendations for effecting policy change on adolescents through local and state-level consultations with stakeholders.
