PRIA provided insights in the formulation of training material on basic functional/sectorally focused courses of the J&K Institute of Management, Public Administration & Rural Development (IMPA & RD). This was done through group discussions and deliberations by involving key stakeholders, including elected representatives, government functionaries and civil society organisations.

Consultation report on “Capacity Building & Training of Panchayati Raj Functionaries in J&K”. The report delineates the deliberations of the consultation and recommendations thereof. The report was highly appreciated by the Government of J&K.
