Study on Devolution to Urban Local Bodies in Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Haryana

Objectives

To generate a body of knowledge on the extent of devolution to urban local bodies as per the 74th Constitutional Amendment Act in the states of Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Haryana.
