This project carried forward the programmatic interventions undertaken by PRIA and partners to strengthen Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) as participatory, responsive, transparent and accountable institutions of local self-governance.

Objectives:

National to Global: PRIA is the South Asia partner of LOGO link programme being anchored globally.
Convergence at district levels: District resource centers
Building on the base: strategy to consolidate the interventions by establishing different levels of operations
Capacity building of elected representatives to clarify their roles & responsibilities.
Information dissemination: e.g. through medium such as radio programmes on PRIs
