This project prepared a Gram Panchayat-wise (including all the habitations) Micro Plan for a particular block under the project area of CGDPRP of a minimum period of 5 years.
Objectives:
To prepare Gram Panchayats-wise (including all the habitations) Micro Plan for a particular block under the project area of CGDPRP of a minimum period of 5 years.

50 Gram Panchayat, Ambagarh Chowki, Distt: Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh
Key areas/components:

To Prepare the 'Wealth Ranking for the entire habitations of the Gram Panchayat, on the prescribed method (by the SPMU)

Collection of primary village data through PRA

Collection the village secondary data relevant for micro planning.

Ensure the participation of the functionaries of the Panchayati Raj System.

Document process and outputs of the PRA Exercise by involving a PRA specialist.

Identify the resources available, measures for utilization of the resources, existing skill sets and need for capacity building etc. and prepare a SWOT analysis of the village.

Prepare Gram Panchayat wise report in Hindi and get it approved by the Gram Sabha.

Prepare and present the Micro Plan in publishable form.
Key outputs:
The draft reports will be submitted to the SPMU for their comments and then shared with the GPs for their approval. The reports will be finalized after incorporating the comments of SPMU and respective GPs and Block official
