Participatory Town Planning in Rajnandgaon and Janjgir, Chhattisgarh

Objectives

To establish alternative methodologies for town planning with active participation of citizens and other stakeholders. The project challenged the existing technocratic top-down approach to town planning and advocated for greater involvement of citizens in the town planning process.
