While working on strengthening Panchayati Raj Institutions ,many issues had emerged and were addressed. One of the issues was the devolution of 3 Fs- Finance, Functions and Functionaries.PRIA actively engaged with the Ministry of Panchayati Raj (that lead to the organization of seven Round Table Conferences) and prepared state specific fact sheets containing status of devolution in each states.
