This is a three-week programme which focuses on orientations to development scenario, democratic governance, participatory development, participatory research, participatory planning, participatory training, women’s political empowerment, exposure and field visits to preventing female foeticide work in Haryana, women’s livelihood and citizen’s participation work in Himachal Pradesh, and visits to NGOs working on education in Delhi.
