Objectives

To enhance the ability of staff at all levels in the assessed unit to understand the gender dimensions at work, particularly how seemingly gender neutral business practices and organizational cultures affect men and women differently, as well as how certain attitudes and gender-biased assumptions can have a negative effect on women workers’ performance, morale and positions.
