The project aims at capacity building activities of government bodies on the issues of sexual harassment at the workplace, role of the complaint committee and its dealing with sexual harassment cases. The activities will comprise four trainings for the complaint committees in various departments under Delhi Government, conduction of one seminar and writing/compiling of a handbook on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace for the use of these committees.
