Workshop on 'Leadership and Team Development'

Dr. Rajesh Tandon & Dr. Kaustuv Kanti Bandyopadhyay facilitated a 2-day workshop on 'Leadership and Team Development' for the Leadership Team of SWAYAM, a feminist organisation committed to advancing women's rights and ending discrimination and violence against women and girls, based in Kolkata. This workshop was organised from 6th June 2023 till 7th June 2023. The participants gained a deeper comprehension of leadership's significance and various roles, along with acquiring knowledge on constructing efficient teams within a social purpose organization. They also learned to set self-development goals as a way to foster empathetic and effective leadership, using them as benchmarks for growth.
