Residential Training Programme for Building Capabilities in Community-Based Participatory Research

The University of Ibague, Columbia, and PRIA International signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the two organizations for organizing a one-week training program on Community-Based Participatory Research between 2023 and 2025 to train the academic staff of the University of Ibague on the subject matter. The first cohort was organized during February 19 – 25, 2023. UNESCO Co-Chairs in Community Based Research and Social Responsibility in Higher Education, Drs. Budd Hall & Rajesh Tandon, along with Dr. Darlene Clover (Faculty at the University of Victoria, Canada) were co-facilitators of the training programme.
