PRIA’s Success Stories used by Chief Minister of Rajasthan in State Assembly

The Chief Minister of Rajasthan highlighted success stories of 5 Gram Panchayats in which PRIA and its partners are working during the budget session of the State Assembly.

PRIA has been working to strengthen Panchayati Raj institutions in Rajasthan. It is currently undertaking a UNFPA funded project in all districts of Rajasthan to strengthen the gender response of panchayats. The project aims to raise the awareness of the community and build the capacities of panchayats on the issues of sex selection and maternal health.
