Photo and Video Editing Workshop

A photography and video editing workshop was held for staff from the IT department and for programme staff from PRIA and partner organisations. The three-housr workshop was a mix of theory and practice.

फोटोग्राफी करते समय इन तीनो नियमों का ध्यान रखना होता है और उसी हिसाब से कैमरे की भी सेटिंग करनी होती है | मैं पहले भी फोटो लिया करता था लेकिन मुझे बस कैमरे और फोटोग्राफी की बेसिक जानकारी थी इस वर्कशॉप से मुझे बहुत फ़ायदा हुआ, अब मुझे कैमरे की भी जानकारी मिल गई है कि कैमरे कितने प्रकार के होते हैं|

• पॉइंट एंड शूट कैमरा – यह कैमरा एक बेसिक कैमरा होता है यह अमूमन सभी के पास मिल जाता है| इस कैमरे से हम फोटोग्राफी और वीडियोग्राफी कर सकते हैं |
• डी एस एल आर (DSLR) कैमरा – इस कैमरे में बहुत सारी सेटिंग और कई तरह के लेंस इस्तेमाल किये जातें हैं | इस कैमरे को प्रोफेशनल फोतोग्रफेर्स इस्तेमाल करते हैं और यह बहुत कीमती होता है|

Learning was put to use over the next two days by the participants, who were tasked with taking photographs of their interest, using the skills they had learnt in the workshop. A group of four participants prepared a two minute video on a current program.

The participants shared their work on the third day after the workshop. They displayed the photographs they had taken, presenting the "story behind the photo" and what specific learning they had applied.
