Dr Rajesh Tandon, as UNESCO Chair in Community Based Research and Social Responsibility in Higher Education, has been invited as Global Engagement Speaker at at Michigan State University. The MSU Global Engagement Speaker Series is a collaboration between Michigan State University’s office of University Outreach and Engagement (UOE) and International Studies and Programs (ISP). The Series invites distinguished speakers from around the world with deep experience in university outreach and engagement to campus.  The Series seeks to explore the distinct perspectives of a diverse range of thoughtful speakers, while at the same time sustaining and developing themes across multiple presentations.

Dr Tandon will deliver a public presentation in which he will reflect on his experiences regarding the role of universities in addressing pressing issues that people across the globe face in their daily lives.
