Community-University Research Partnerships for SDGs

On 18 October 2017, Dr. Rajesh Tandon will speak on "Community-University Research Partnerships for SDGs" at IDRC office in Ottawa, Canada.

IDRC had supported the initial phase of the UNESCO Chair in Community Based Research and Social Responsibility in Higher Education, of which Dr Tandon is Co-Chair. K4C intends to support locally relevant research partnerships to generate knowledge in respect of contextually prioritised SDGs at several sites in India, Indonesia, South Africa, Uganda, Brazil, Colombia, Sardinia and Canada. K4C will explore new ways for academia and civil society to co-create knowledge and more effectively contribute to advance SDGs in different contexts.
