CAPSTONE Workshop on Strategic Planning

Participatory Research in Asia (PRIA) conducted 3 days’ workshop on Strategic Planning (SP) for 18 organisations of Southern India Cohort under CAPSTONE programme. The workshop was held online on 14-16 February 2023. The workshop guided organisations on relevance of strategic planning and steps involved. It involved revisiting vision, mission and strategy, conducting SWOT and stakeholder analysis and identifying strategic issues, alternative strategies and strategic goals. The workshop was facilitated by Dr. Kaustuv Bandyopadhyay and Harshita Umrao.
