Established in 1982, PRIA (Participatory Research in Asia) is a global centre for participatory research and training based in New Delhi. PRIA has field offices in 6 states and linkages with 3000 NGOs to deliver its programmes on the ground. Over three decades PRIA has promoted people’s participation in governance, capacity building of communities, organisations and governance institutions, and generating knowledge for change. As a Program Officer (Corporate Engagements) in PRIA you will identify, secure and manage all corporate/business donors, coordinate arrangements for on-site visits and tours for prospect and current donors, work with senior management to coordinate the full range of activities required to expand and strengthen corporate engagement, organize and participate in dialogues and conversations bringing together multiple stakeholders.

 

-        Ability to develop collaborative, professional corporate/business relationships.

-        Work independently and be self-motivated in initiating contacts with potential donors.

-        Candidates are expected to work in multi-lingual, multi-cultural environments, across hierarchies.

-        Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of other regional languages will be an added advantage.

-        Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills.

-        Willing to travel extensively, often to remote locations.

If you are a young graduate/postgraduate interested in policy oriented research and building partnerships with multiple stakeholders, PRIA is looking for you!

 

 

 

As a Research Officer/Fellow in PRIA you will undertake policy oriented research, analyse global, national and local sectoral trends and linkages to aid decision making by senior management, organize and participate in dialogues and conversations bringing together multiple stakeholders, and write  knowledge products with fresh perspectives to influence policy change.

 

 

 

-        Candidates are expected to work in multi-lingual, multi-cultural environments, across hierarchies.
