This project developed an understanding of the provisions of Right to Information among elected representatives and civil servants, so that they can change their attitude from ‘reluctance to share information about governance’ to ‘voluntary giver of information’.

The engagement with these constituencies helped the citizens in accessing information from the public institutions, as they were willing to shed their reluctance
