PRIA offers conference and hostel facilities at its premises for a nominal fee to like-minded organizations.

PRIA Hostel

The hostel can accommodate up to 32 guests at a time. There are a variety of rooms, all of which are air-conditioned, available on a daily basis – single rooms with attached baths, rooms on twin-sharing basis and dormitories. A guest house is also available, which can be hired on a monthly basis.

Delegates accommodated in the hostel for a conference can avail:

  • Washing machine (self-service)
  • Common ironing board and iron (self-service)
  • Lounge with television
  • Separate newspaper and specific magazines (on advance request and separate payment)
  • Common English and Hindi newspapers (available in the library)
  • Taxi service (on request and separate payment)
  • Access to PRIA Library
  • Internet access

Conference Facility

PRIA provides 2 conference rooms which can seat 50 delegates each.

Separate meeting rooms which can accommodate between 20-30 persons are also available for breakout discussions and small group interactions.

All conference and meetings rooms are air-conditioned. The conference rooms are fitted with state-of-the-art LCD projectors and public address system. White boards and flip charts are also provided. A laptop can be made available on request.

Photocopy facilities are also available (on working days only).
