Mr. Manoj Rai, (Director) PRIA: He has more than 20 years of experiences and expertise in issues related to Governance, Poverty, Service Delivery, Social Analysis, Budget Analysis, Social Mobilization, Development Communication, Use of Social Accountability tools such as Citizens Report Cards and Social Audit-Public Hearing.

Dr. Rajesh Tandon

Dr. Rajesh Tandon, is President-Founder of Participatory Research in Asia (PRIA), a voluntary organisation providing support to grass roots initiatives in South Asia. Dr. Tandon is an internationally acclaimed leader and practitioner of participatory research and development. He has served on numerous government task forces and committees both nationally and internationally. He is also the UNESCO Co-Chair for Community Based Research and Social Responsibility in Higher Education.

Ms. Priyanka Dale,

Ms. Priyanka Dale, (Manager), PRIA: She has specialised in Rural Development with substantial experience in the field of developmental work undertaken during her career with various NGO's. She has worked closely with units of local governance, Panchayati Raj Institutions and Municipalities.
