Knowledge Resources

PRIA’s knowledge, over its 34 years of history, of participatory tools, methods and practices in all sectors of work is available to a new generation of development professionals and practitioners in this section. The organisation has created the Knowledge Resource Centre where PRIA’s field practices, advocacy and research reports, policy briefs, training manuals, annual reports and strategic plans are archived under thematic rubrics. All documents are tagged with keywords. Documentation can thus be accessed through the search field or through thematic search. Documents are available in English and some in Hindi.

PRIA's latest audio-visual resources are also available in this section. Other audio-visual resources, including PRIA's well-known documentaries Dhai Akhar and Bua Bhatiji (in Hindi) which were telecast on Doordarshan in the 1980 can be accessed on our YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/user/PRIAIndia).

PRIA has committed itself to making its resources available in open digital formats to enable practitioners, researchers and students to access them easily. Permission is granted to download documents and use available information freely. The text may be reproduced for non-commercial purposes, provided that credit is given to the original author(s).
