Objectives:

To study and understand conducive factors that help in gender sensitive local self governance institutions in PRIs and the ULBs.

To study and understand inhabiting factors within governance institutions community family and community which influenced the performance of WERs.
Geographical Spread:
Karauli in Rajasthan (Sample of this descriptive study is of 100 out of 40 are women elected representative and 60 others stakeholders)
