Conclusion that the legislative framework is quite comprehensive and that it provides wider authority to the local bodies for planning, local governance, development (service delivery) and revenue generation.

Findings of the consultation at the Gram Sabha, Gram Panchayat and at the Zila Panchayat’s levels.
