This project aimed at arriving at some future directions for Gram Vikas of an appropriate organizational structure, roles and responsibilities, working norms, rules and procedures, salary structures, etc.
Objectives:

Overall Evaluation of the work and working of Gram Vikas. Depth of evaluation limited to Core Group (9 members) and animators (10 persons) in this first round. KGS leadership and tribal people of Kerandimala to be included in later rounds.
