The project aims at sustaining PRIA’s previous work at the Gram Panchayat level through capacity building activities and trainings. It is also looking at developing models of community managed information centers in selected villages in the district of Sonepat in Haryana.

To sustain previous interventions of PRIA and develop VIC Gram Panchayats as Model Gram Panchayats through capacity building and trainings.

Increased awareness level of women clusters, elected representatives and others benefiting from VIC. (Strengthen women clusters to eradicate female foeticide; ER's are well aware about their roles, functions, duties, responsibilities and the prevailing operational structure)

Enhanced capacities of women clusters and elected representatives etc. and increased knowledge level, skill building and attitude change.

Linkages will be established at the Block, District & State Government level.
