Objectives

To assess the ways and means by which an organisation has created conditions which are conducive to gender equality in its structure, its culture and environment, with specific focus on gender mainstreaming at the institutional level.

To understand the level of commitment towards gender mainstreaming within organisations in the voluntary sector.

To understand the gaps in the implementation of the Vishakha Guidelines in the NGO/voluntary sector.

To prepare a resource manual which can help CSOs to mainstream gender in their organisations and build a gender policy as per their organisation’s need.
