Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan.

Designing a tool for measuring voices of citizens on municipal services (water supply, sanitation, solid waste management, latrine, sewerage and drainage)

Orientation of Area Sabha members and youth groups to conduct the surveys

Conducting household surveys on municipal performance on key services in 11 municipalities of 6 states
