With the work that PRIA has been doing on Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace over the years, this time around PRIA is looking at building a common understanding and conceptual clarity for all employees of British Council Management Services Pvt. Ltd. on sexual harassment at the workplace and bringing clarity on the role of complaints committee including prevention and redressal of sexual harassment at the workplace with all committee members. The aim of the project is to review the policy on prevention of sexual harassment at the workplace, training of all the employees within the institution and sensitizing the complaints committee about sexual harassment.
