| LIBSYS | |
The Library uses Libsys software package, an integrated multi-user library management system that supports all in-house operations of a library. The Libsys consists of modules on acquisition, cataloguing, circulation, serials, article indexing and OPAC (On line Public Access Catalogue). By using OPAC, users can search the book of their interest. The database of books available in the Library is being updated on a day-to-day basis with details of recently acquired books.
| GREENSTONE | |
Greenstone is a suite of software, which has the ability to serve digital library collections and build new collections. It provides a new way of organising information and publishing it on the Internet or on CD-ROM. The information can be accessed by searching, browsing by subjects, author, title or according to the date of publication etc. The Greenstone is being used as a knowledge management system for PRIA, whereby all the material produced is systematised and stored under defined knowledge categories.
